USANA Health Sciences encompasses three brands: USANA(r) Nutritionals, USANA Macro-Optimizer Foods, and Sensé beautiful science™.
Let me tell you my story.  My sister, Carol, was incredibly enthused about a new company she and her husband, John, were getting involved in.  This company had created "the most wonderful products!", she exclaimed!  Also, because it was a network-marketing company, one could stand a chance of making quite a bit of money!!  OH no, I thought.  Not network marketing!!  EEEK!  I'd heard the horror stories of using your garage or an extra bedroom to warehouse goods, only to be stuck with them because they didn't sell!  I was adamant.  I wanted NOTHING to do with it, thank you!!  But, being the good persistant sister that she is, she finally convinced me to try the Essentials.  I said, "Fine.  But I'm NOT going to sell anything."  I began taking the Essentials.  I had always taken what I felt were good supplements.  I've spent quite a few years studying nutrition, informally, and thought I knew which companies were best.  But after only about a week, I really thought I felt better!  I seemed to have more sustained energy during the day.  But, still I thought maybe I was imagining it.
John and Carol were about to leave on vacation, and I'd come to the end of my month's supply.  But I thought I'd wait until they returned to pick up my next box.  It was then, that I realized how much the Essential's had really done for me!  After 2 or 3 days of not taking them, that familiar need for an afternoon nap returned!  I felt sluggish and tired.

Well, needless to say, upon their return, I signed up for auto-ship, so I'd never again miss my daily dose!  I became a true believer!  I also have come to realize that the once feared "network marketing" is really a great way to help people achieve not only the best of health with the Usana products, but also a way to help people achieve their hopes and dreams.  I want now, more than anything, to pass this incredible company on to others, so that they will experience the improved health and wellness that I have experienced.  It's NOT a trick!  It's NOT all "in your head"!  It really is REAL.  Please, experience the USANA difference with me.

USANA Health Sciences formulates exceptional, science-based nutritional and personal-care products. However, inferior manufacturing can destroy even the greatest product formulations. For this reason, USANA manufactures its own nutritional supplements, and voluntarily meets pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Pharmaceutical GMP standards are far more stringent than the food GMP requirements set by the U.S. government for supplements.

To adhere to the exacting standards of pharmaceutical GMP, and to ensure the quality of every product manufactured, USANA inspects all raw ingredients before they are mixed, tests the product during manufacturing, and performs a final analysis before any product is sent to the customer. USANA's Quality Assurance team keeps track of every detail, from careful testing and evaluation of raw materials, to meticulous product shipping and storage. Visitors to USANA's corporate headquarters can take a self-guided tour to see USANA's manufacturing process firsthand.
New USANA Foods are a healthy source of complex carbohydrates, complete proteins, and beneficial fats. SOYAMAX™, based on highquality soy protein, provides complete and balanced amino acids. And some USANA Foods, such as FIBERGY® and Iced Lemon FIBERGY BARS™, are low-fat, high-fiber foods. These delicious snack bars and drink mixes are formulated to be low glycemic to provide sustained energy throughout the day.

$85,000 is the average annual income for established, full-time USANA Associates. $23,300 is the average annual income for Associates who earn as little as one commission check a month. Total includes all earnings from the compensation plan, Leadership Bonus, and contests and incentives. Calculations based on earnings between February 2008 and January 2009. Figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of actual earnings, which result only from consistent, successful sales efforts. To be considered in a rank's earnings, Associates must have earned checks at a median rank for at least 16 weeks. According to results from an in-house survey taken between 2004 and 2006, the primary reason 17% of USANA independent business owners join the company is to improve their financial future. 21% of that group earns a check at least once a month. Of those whose primary reason is to earn enough to replace a full-time income, 41% have been Associates for at least one year and 56% are full-time Gold Directors and above. The number of Gold Directors and above who have maxed at least 1 Business Center during the year equals less than 1% of all Associates. Those earning as little as one check a month equal approximately 3% of all Associates. The average annual income for all 158,934 USANA Associates, including those who are brand new or who are not actively building a business, is $618.55, with nearly one in three earning a check. To date, USANA has more than 130 Million Dollar Club members.
